TrueFIT can help you prepare for the upcoming season, no matter what your base level is. Led by boys coach and trainer, Tyler Strand, this series will target muscles used for specific lacrosse movement, and will be tailored for the male athlete. This is available to boys that are already part of a True travel team, or boys new to True and are simply looking to join their friends in preparing for the upcoming season. All are welcome!
